近日由blogger Kathy Sierra被恐嚇而引發有關blogger操守、blogger守則等討論，我想大家已讀過不少，討論亦已漸漸移到blogosphere是否該停留於三不管地帶、博客守則會否做成自我審查，損害言論自由等題目上，在這不花時間討論了。我想如此切入這個問題：世上眾多紛爭，有多少是可以用普世認同的法律來解決的？不多吧。要有普世認同已不容易，法律也不一定有效。例子多不勝數，如全球暖化便是水浸眼眉亦未見共識。如此一來，便更不要講區區一個守則對一向三不管的blogosphere可以有多少成效。At the end of the day，我們除了在有事發生時幫口支持，或是提出未必有用的「守則」之外，還有什麼可以做？我會先從自己做起。做一個對自己言論負責的blogger、留言者，以身作則，效果不會即時出現，亦不能制止將發生和己發生的事端，但比較一個無約束力的「守則」

上星期六晚，夜深人靜，大部分人安睡的時分。在午夜後的十二時三十分，作為Hong Kong Bloggers團隊二十九位成員之一的我，開始五小時二十分鐘的盲俠行。由於自己並未在Mysinablog開分店，所以同行的同伴只認識Sidekick。然而這並未有任何問題，很快便和大家打成一片。沿途有講有笑，雖辛苦但仍十分開心。頭三分一路程與大腦電波和microwavefest的Ellen交流有關new media的發展，獲益良多。其餘路程與大腦電波、黃龍、Oku、Crystal、yoko一同前進，在互相鼓勵之下完成。由於在後半時十隻腳趾開始痛，如果沒有大家的peer pressure(例：Oku你行得好快…)，要完成可不容易，在此感謝各位！同伴們的文章己分享不少見聞，在此不重複了。話雖如此，在這仍會和大家分享一下：- 西邊街一段斜路，對在第一個休息站剛cool down的參加者，是一大挑戰。

昨晚和兩個海外同事吃晚飯，與會的還有部門的同事們。氣氛不俗，過了一個愉快的晚上。可是，當大家分别之後，我不禁心有戚戚然。這和我的同事們無關，而是與那頓晚飯有關。晚飯的菜單是酒樓的套餐。這本來沒有問題，但那酒樓是以量取勝的(雖然它的出品亦是不俗的)，而昨晚的出席人數比原本估計的少，剩菜自然比較多。再者，兩位外國同事都因近來的禽流感疫情而避食禽鳥，套餐中的炸子雞自然無人問津。那隻雞可死得無辜啊...但最可恨的是席間竟然有一道魚翅。我一時間不好意思拒絕，便無奈地吃下了。一想到最少一條鯊魚因為自己而死，無論如何都放不下。So pretentious, you! 要來的始終要來：正當我估計因為自己在香港blogosphere的知名度甚低，應該不會有人tag我講怪癖之時，卻接到LY的留言要我接波。好，雖然我對這串連一直沒多大興趣，但竟然有人留意在下的瘋言瘋語，無所謂啦！我的怪癖主要都是與電影有關：- 我通常不會以影評為選擇電影的條件。其實評論本來便是比較主觀，如果影評人做足功課還好，否則… 所以，影評對我來說只能作為參考(聲明：以上對光影筆記各筆者並無任何偏見)。- 好戲不厭百回看。但我通常會在第二次screening開始特别留意電影中的其中一個aspect，諸如配樂/攝影。當然，那只是對好戲適用:爛片看一次已是太多了!- 不會在知情情況下和女性去看豔情片。Enough said.- 到戲院睇戲時，小食必為牛油爆谷和礦泉水。這是在美國讀書時開始的癖好，雖然在港彈此調甚貴，但對不是戲院常客的我，偶一為之並不太過。- 漸漸喜歡一個人睇戲。

猶記得在蘋果在推出PC版iTunes時的宣傳海報的口號: Hell froze over。六月二日，地獄再一次冰封:蘋果在WWDC2005宣佈將在二零零七年底前全線採用英特爾處理器，為PowerPC年代與及和IBM的夥伴關係劃上句號。我想，雖然這消息對一眾Mac友會是極為震憾，但自從五月底華爾街日報的報導出台後，網內外的討論不絕，相信消息已被消化。話雖如此，蘋果這一舉動對新進switcher來說並不討好:他們辛辛苦苦逃出英特爾的「魔掌」，卻發覺仍是要用英特爾硬件。另外，死忠Mac友中必然會有不少人認為蘋果背叛了自己:PowerPC/Mac OS組合一直以來是蘋果用來對抗英特爾的旗幟。現在，蘋果「今日的我打倒昨日的我」改投英特爾家族，自然令部分死忠用家不滿。然而， Mactel的結合未必是壞事。從蘋果的角度來看，加入英特爾陣營好處甚多，例如以economy of scale減低成本。

一九八九年。那年我快十八歲，中五重讀生一名，只因中文不合格。重讀生活並不易過，壓力不比第一次會考少，背城借一的感覺濃厚。四月胡耀邦辭世之時，考試已是近在眉睫。開始的時侯，只當是一般內地新聞來看，雖然我也認為消息本質上並不尋常。到五月，事態己經向不能預知的領域前進。五月二十日，星期六。父親當夜班後歸家，神色凝重；原來北京戒嚴了。我還記得父親當日的一句話：「李鵬也穿上中山裝來做公佈，大禍必然臨頭。」（註）五月二十一日，我們一家上街遊行去；這是我家第一次參與遊行。當日的天氣炎熱並無損大家的愛國熱誠，一行人心情沉重地完成全程。當時可並不覺得自己成就了什麼。始終，人在香港，可以做的除了捐款和聲援之外並不多。之後的兩星期，在不絕的特別報告和新聞中渡過。六月三日。那夜形勢已是一觸即發，電視上的消息都指向清場一途，大家的心情更形沉重。在那一夜，最後我並沒有堅持到底守在電視機前；一覺醒來，一切已經無可挽回

剛過去的星期一，明珠台播出了一套有關畫家梵高生平的記錄片 - Vincent : The Full Story的最後一集。明珠台安排此節目出街的timing可謂一流，緊接着法國印象派畫展，在人們印象仍深時推出，自然在推廣上坐收漁人之利。話雖如此，我很想知道這節目有多少人會觀看。雖然一般普羅大眾對年初的印象派畫展反應熱烈，但有多少人對畫家的生平有興趣則無從考。這類節目如果沒有特約，播出的機會並不會太高。早前因為參觀了法國印象派畫展的關係，對名畫家生平忽然產生興趣，故抱不妨一試的心態收看。出乎意料，一共三集的片子，主持人Waldemar Januszczak (註)深入淺出地帶觀眾走過梵高一生的路:貧窮、饑餓、醺酒、被女性和教會所拒絕，迫出了在近乎瘋狂的創作，以及一糸列的經典。梵高的生命是極痛苦，又亂七八糟地不平凡。他的天份在他頭二十八年的人生中並沒有發展的機會；
